How does a customer get a card?
They scan a QR code you display in your cafe and add their name and mobile number. The card is on their phone in about ten seconds: no app to download.

02
How does a stamp get added?
Ring the sale up as normal in Square. Their card is linked to their Square customer record, so a completed payment stamps their card automatically. Nothing extra for staff to do at the till.

Do I need to buy anything?
No new hardware. It uses the barcode scanner already on your counter to identify a returning customer's card if needed.

My till's scanner won't read a customer's phone screen. What do I do?
Some older scanners (laser-based ones in particular) can't read a screen at all, whatever is on it. If this happens, get in touch and we'll help sort out a fix for your setup.

Do I need to set anything up in Square?
Yes, one thing: a loyalty programme in your Square account (Square Dashboard, Loyalty). We connect to it, link customers to it, and look after the card, the QR code and the stamps. Not sure? Ask us and we'll check it with you.

What does it cost?
Pricing is being set with our first cafes, not before them. Talk to us directly.
We usually reply within one working day.
